Most of the employees are trained and experienced and know what their responsibilities are within the organization. Zhu et al. (2013) also stated that the leaders also make their decisions based on the feedbacks that they get from the employees, which helps them in controlling the employees so that they can be managed in a better manner in the work place. The autocratic style of leadership as per the author helps the leaders in monitoring the work of the employees. The authors Choi, Kim Kang (2017) have recently stated that the participative style of leadership is best suited for the organization, as the leaders are able to take better decisions based on the feedbacks that are provided by the employees. The decisions that are taken are mainly positive in nature, which helps in boosting t he morale of the employees. The authors were also of the view that transactional style of leadership rewards as well as punish the employees according to the responsibilities that they are carrying out within the organization. The transformational style of leadership according to Zhu et al. (2013) is better, as the leaders focus on a better level of communication, which helps the employees in achieving the goals that are set by the company. These leaders try to motivate the employees on a constant manner by communicating efficiently with them. References Choi, S. B., Kim, K., Kang, S. W. (2017).
